MTS Microcontroller based ZERO DROP 12V 28 Amp PCB PWM Solar Charge Controller

Smart Zero Drop solar charge controller using micro controller is designed to charge batteries in a effect way so that it life time can be increased. Pulse width modulation technique is used to charge battery in effective way. Micro controller is used to generate PWM. The unique ZERO DROP technology does not uses diodes in the circuit, thereby drastically reducing the heating and increasing the charging efficiency to more than 99%. LED's are used to show the charging status of battery, Low battery 10.3V , Full Battery 14.4V. Protection is introduced through programming technique so that in case of excess voltage OR incorrect Battery voltage, Solar charge controller will stop charging. It can handle up to 28 ampere (500W for 12V system) with negligible OR No heating at all. With Load Control up to 10 Amperes (120W Max, Internally fused). No Dusk to Dawn Operation. No Fuse Blown Indicator. No Enclosure. Instruction manual included with product. Please use at least 6 Sq. mm wire for installation.
