an amazing biography by edward micheal bear grylls
a good book but must for adventure seekers and people who inspire Bear Grylls its has his life history and his inspiration for climbing . it also shows his affection to his father who taught him to rock climb on the white sea cliffs of England.

Easy and simple read. You will love to read it for sure if you are an adventure enthusiast or Bear fan. And yes you will come to know that 'bear' is his nick name and not his original one.

One of the best books I have ever read. Highly inspirational and motivating. Hat's off to Bear Grylls.
