His writing weaves together neuroscience, behavioral economics, yoga philosophy, complexity science, quantum mindsets, and lived cultural experience to uncover overlooked leverage points for both personal and systemic change.
Mudra On the Plate — The Yoga of Eating With Your Hands reflects this integrative approach. It is not a rejection of modern nutrition or hygiene, but an invitation to restore sensory intelligence, presence, and reverence to one of the most fundamental human acts.
Dr. Wahal is also the author of multiple forthcoming books on nonlinear leadership, sustainability, and embodied living. He speaks internationally on systems thinking, decarbonization, and conscious innovation, and believes that the most profound transformations often begin with the smallest gestures—sometimes as simple as how we touch our food.
