Good supplement to add on power and energy
Well being a bodybuilder we take Bcaa powder,and many more supplement's too.
I am specially writting this review for new commer who always keep serching for suppliment and steroids,guys Just add on Bcaa,creatine and glutamine in ur routine and don't go for protein Supplement ,take protein suppliment via raw food and hit hard in a gym for just 1hr with less rest.
Now without glutamine Bcaa is handicap and won't repair ur muscle tissue at ngt,so take glutamine powder also along with Bcaa,nd Use...

It’s a Good supplement..intra workout is preferable but you can also take it before 30min of workout with your pre-workout supplement or without it also u can.

Perfect product!
guys go for it dam good taste I hope u all knw the dosage also.... still wanna tell u .... u need bcaa in early morning when ur body is in cetabolic stage... and then take in as a pre-workout (5g)...that's it post workout if u guys having protien then don't use bcaa because in protien bcaa is available (4to6g) .... :)
