Classy product
Great product..taste wise it is ok but nutrition wise it is a perfect meal replacement bar and you can have it anytime. Fibre content is good and 30g protein is really good. The price i.e. 125rs per bar is a bit high but if you want a guilt free meal replacement snack on the go, then this is the bar to go for.

A:milk protein means whey and casein both .. and soy protien in 30gm.. it might be around 5gms .. majority protein comes from whey.so its good to go !!
