I would say overall the product is good i have seen improved performance in my workout after taking bcaa and creatine so if you normally get exhausted in 45 mins this will help you to go for that last set and the flavour is good , easily gets mixed in cold water too also i have see. People recommend 10g per day but never taken myself above 3-4 g as our body also generates creatine so why put extra load on kidneys. Its a good product go for it got it for 499 in sale
