I am really satisfied with this product its really good . cost wise cheap . taste is bad but raw protein is good when comparing with flavoured one . for beginners it is best product . raw protein is less processed so go for it blindly . if u can able to sacrifice taste na . overall i feel good change after consuming this protein powder .
