I am a new whey protein user, I would the taste and smell is literally too bad. first time when I took it with water, it tasted like the powder of a capsule and felt like vomiting. BUT But but guys, i found a recipe to make it delicious. Take whey protein, add Milk, 1tbsp peanut butter, chocolate syrup/banana, vanilla essence, little sugar and mix all the things in blender or mixer. And tastes just awesome like a shake.

Since it was my first ever protein powder and being a begginer i have consumed this 15 days serving pack (500g) in around 28 days , so i haven't saw any special effect on my body yet. But yeah it is definitely a genuine and good product and i hope it will give best results on continuing the serving for long period

Taste is good being unflavoured. It tastes like milk powder. Effectiveness is good. It digests easily. I would like to repeat it in future.
