If you are looking for something tasty, then its definitely not your cup of tea (Protein). This is simply best at this price range. I'm using it for quite some time now, and I must say that it dose it job pretty well. But don't expect it to do some miracle without proper nutrition and most impotently regular workout and adequate rest.

I am currently using this for bulking. i am seeing impressive results with is product. Recommended usage is with milk,a banana,some nuts together for mass and with water if you want lean gains. (Omega 3 otherwise CCode fish oil is recommended along with this if you are looking to bulk). And always remember guys. Work hard -Eat more and more - Sleep atleast 8 hrs and wait for results.
