And lets clear something about the "results" people get from the whey protein.. first of all i have been taking whey for quite some time now. Best at this price
If you are looking for something tasty, then its definitely not your cup of tea (Protein). This is simply best at this price range. I'm using it for quite some time now, and I must say that it dose it job pretty well. But don't expect it to do some miracle without proper nutrition and most impotently regular workout and adequate rest.

A:I would say a NO . IF YOU are 18 , this the high time when your body works best with natural ingridents. Go for protien inrich foods.For post workout you can use it but just 20grams and have eggs .
