Looking at nutrition facts, this supplement is the best. Although the quoted serving is 3 tablets, a normal gym goer can suffice micronutrients need with 1 tablet only. So you can you this for 90 days. it can also be used as normal day to day multivitamin. Bought at rs..825 and it still has 2 years till expiry.
