It actually works it been a week and I lost nearly 2kg, i.e 1.75kg exactly i will explain how I used and how I felt.
First: when I first used it was okay It will make u feel less hunger and makes feel fuller and I didn't follow any dietary food I ate normal daily foods and 30 mins of any workout 5times a week and later I start to feel a bit of nausea like vomiting sensation but it will get control if u drink lots of water. Finally it's worth it. Hope it's helpful
