The product turned out to be the same as shown in the picture. Tin packing also too good. Its length and width are also same as described. 4 meters long and 10 centimeters wide. Its really very flexible & very comfortable. I didn't even need any clip to tie it, it stuck easily. And I also got relief in pain to a great extent.
