Not recommended at all
A bit disapointed in the quality of the pills. They are not capsules but pressed oval pills that are finding it hard to stay together. I compared my name brand monolaurin 500mg pills to these that supposedly have 600mg monolaurin plus 600mg Holy basil and there is no comparison. The name brand monolaurin is twice as big as one of these pills that supposedly has 600 mg of monolaurin and 600mg of Holy basil.
