This insert includes 2 outer layer Bamboo charcoal and 3 inner layer microfiber. How to Use: Stuff pocket with insert and fasten onto baby with snaps. Wash / Care Instructions: Please wash the diapers before the first use. Wash with detergent gently and hang to dry. Wash inserts separate from diaper and any other clothes  In warm water - under 35 Centigrade (less than 95 Fahrenheit) to protect material from damage Tumble dry low.
