I'm using it since 10 days.
Day 1 :- felt nothing
Day 2 & 3 :- some gas problem
Day 4 :- Loose motion
Day 5 :- I skipped
Day 6 :- Again started consuming it
After a week... Slowly slowly gas problems decreased and now it's converting in result. Now I can easily do more reps with higher weights. Totally satisfied with it . So don't worry about stomach problem it will be ok.
