Been using past 14 days .... RESULTS are good .... Used Dymatize, Body Fortress, ON , MuscleBlaze even Tara and Sinew(one of the worst ) before ... so have a little bit experience on using protein...
I really didn't have much hope on this but results are pretty good ....
But I stack protein with creatine monohydrate, coffee or shilajit alternatively and citrulline malate ..... So all these combine to give good results ....

Highly recommended
Protein quality is fine if compared to muscletech Or myprotien brands. Mixability and texture of the protien powder. I had ordered cookies and cream and it taste exactly as the name. Not much sweet.. Tastes fabulous with milk. Way better then bigmuscles indian brand.

Effect on body 1000% but only with good diet
Mixability -10/10 I have to mix with glinder 🤬
Taste is 6/10 same like milk powder(unflavore)

It's good as for now but guy's iam recommending don't take blue berry or any other flavour it tastes like disgusting literally iam drinking my flavour by making my breathing stop just don't buy whichever flavour you want
