All thing ok but until its come to digestion issues. I drink it after 10 mins continuously loose motion and stomach makes different noise. Pls buy when you don't have any digestion issues 🙌🏻

Pretty good
As I'm using the nakpro whey protein since 1 month I really seen effect on my body. Really a great product in low price as compared to others protein. But the suggestion I'll give you is take protein along with intense workout. Overall best product must buy.
