No doubt on this protein, Bought cause was TRUSTIFIED. And I should say the flavour-- ayyyeeeee haayyeeeee. Also I was on a calorie deficit when I started this. I lost 5 kgs last month and my muscle size are still the same. Definitely recommended.

I am 14 yr old. skinny guy. had lose some of muscle due to low eating. took nakpro and got muscle back not increased yet but got back in my prime shape and strength improvement. Definitely Recommended if you can't hit your daily protein goal. Thanks jesus
