I am a bodybuilder since 10 years and I haven't used any protein shakes until last year, I only used home cooked foods but it took me a long time and then I thought of taking protein and took Zenith nutrition which was very worst, it was very sweet, always made me bloating and stomach issues so i stopped taking proteins and I used the nutrition only for 15 days and threw away.

I've tried all flavours and hands down double rich chocolate is the best flavour and nakpro is really budget friendly and good quality anyways so no complaints there

Best protein to gain lean mass

This is my first whey protein isolate which I bought. I bought cookies and cream flavor. It was good. I used to blend some ingredients like peanut butter, almonds and this protein in a blander. It tastes awesome. You can be creative with this. There are many recipes our there. No just water and whey protein. I will update my review later if I find something wrong or some issues

I’m using nakpro whey protein since last year and i seen the results in mu body its very effective if we compare to others raw whey , its mixibility also good and i use flavour less unflavoured and that also not taste bad is good enough and this is very cheap and we get glutamine creatine bcca along with this in one pack beginners and budget friendly go ahead its a nice product 👍🏻
