Who ever buys Whey and want to save money can buy this, (PDCAA score 1.0) means its a complete protein. Complaining about foam/mixability, if you just add tea glass of milk(100ml)/ 3 spoons of curd it's super good and no foam simple tip. I daily consume 2 scoops one for lunch and other after dinner.
