The bag is more flexible it's not a hard case
I have gone though some post in quora it sate that more flexible the bag the more robust it will withstand the shocks

it is not that sophisticated as shown in the pictures. it's handle to pull is flimsy and clumsy. I have a similar trolley that I bought for 1600, like 10 years ago and it is going rock solid till now. the NW case wheels are silent and the zip are good. the case seems lite and I worry it might break. well, that is all you would get for less than 3000. the interior of this box is nice. but, will wear off soon, I think. over all, am ok. not disappointed.

It's been 3 years I purchased this bag, it is working really well so far. At this range, this luggage bag is the best choice. I was initially doubtful, but Nasher Miles luggage bag cleared all my doubts and still it is in new condition. Whenever I need it, I just rub a piece of wet cloth over it to make it new and I use it. The wheels are strong and great, and the body is perfect. Design is also good, and it give you an awesome look.
