The Product is excellent. Previously, I did receive a faulty and probably a used item, but the replacement came out fine in a sealed box. The controller is comfy to hold, the only downside being the bright red LED lights which kinda look cheap. I would rather tape 'em up to reduce the unnecessary glare. Otherwise, a fantastic controller, it is!
