Its a good book but there are few misprints.You can use this book for reference .For scoring well in maths one should be able to solve the Miscellaneous problems .So you can check the approach of the author for solving the sums but don't rely blindly on this book.Don't forget to practice from RD Sharma.
RD Sharma NCERT(Sums)= 80 % in Maths.

It does not contain solution for supplementry exercises but otherwise its a good book.
