Alternatively add 1/4 bowl of water to 1 bowl of premix., Step 2: Churn the batter in mixture for 2 minutes to get a smooth consistent batter and set aside for 10 minutes., Step 3: Stir the batter and spread it on pan in circular motion to make thin dosas. Sprinke few drops of oil and cook on medium flame until golden brown., Step 4: Before making the next dosa, sprinkle water on dosa pan and wipe the pan with wet cloth to cool.
