"Nefertiti" is a touching and informative novel. For those interested in the Egyptian history, the book will take to you the old times when Egypt was a prominent place in the world. The eccentric ways of the famous king Akhenaten and over ambitious queen Nefertiti has been described beautifully. But the story of the protagnist of the novel, mutny, nefertiti's sister is very touching and leaves a deep impact on the reader!! An excellent read!!

This book transports readers to the land of ancient Egypt, the people and their land and culture. Very well written. Must applaud the writer for writing on a subject who is not as famous as cleopatra but neverthless was one of the most powerful ladies of her times. Would definitely suggest reading this one and 'Cleopatra's daughter' if you love history and this genre of fiction

I was gifted this book (via Flipkart) by a very close friend. And i was so engrossed in the world of Egypt. Its a beautifully written book and you'll never be able to put it down. Already added the next Michelle Moran book The Heretic Queen. Cause this book was pure bliss.

The story is very nicely told. The emotions,politics played by each and everyone, the ceremonies mentioned are so beautifully depicted that while reading one can feel that they are in that era. I will call this as Ride of Nefertiti's Egypt..!!! I love Nefertiti...!!
