Hold the tube of lipstick to your lips and carefully apply it within the lines you drew with your lipliner. Start from the center of your lips and brush the lipstick outward, filling in all the gaps. For a more precise application, use a lipstick brush. Blot the lipstick with a tissue. Open your lips and close them over the tissue to remove the excess lipstick. This helps set it in place as well.
