Covered in Warranty	The warranty covers the motor assembly of your NeoDash ceiling fan against all defects in workmanship & materials. Warranty shall be consequential to the submission of proof of purchase such as Invoice, e-bill receipt along with warranty card.

Not Covered in Warranty	The warranty doesn't cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation, misuse by the customer, general wear and tear, and water seeping in. The warranty does not cover accessories or peripherals such as canopies, downrod, shackle kit, Safety rope, and Blades. The customer must raise any complaint related to defect/deficiency within 10 days from the date of purchase. No claims will be considered 10 days after the delivery. The warranty will be void if a) the serial number on the product has been damaged, altered, tampered or removed. B) Product is not operated as per the instructions in the user manual.
