Good And Tasty But Is 2-5 % more expensive than A Retail Store Otherwise it is a good option gain weight you can take it with a gap of 1/2 days or if you want to gain more weight you can take it 200 ml everyday. Recommended Option-You Can Add 2 Teaspoon Of Milk powder
