I have not yet started using the product as it was not delivered on time and hence the entire project of migrating our data to this got postponed.

The rating is purely on services. The delivery was not on time. There was not status updates regarding the delivery until this was escalated. The response from Flipkart was also very poor as they simply kept on changing the resolution dates through SMS instead of actually addressing the issue.

Will not recommend this seller.
