Simple and appropriate
I am new to this subject yet reading this book is not boring. No concept seems like going over the head. Its a simple and easy to understand language book and provides good coverage of the topics. A must have if you are preparing for this subject and you got to buy this if you are a beginner.

This is a very basic and beginner book and must read if your option is Public administration.
You dont need to read end to end, read smart and wisely based on the syllabus..
