27-04-2020 : Been 6 months and already started troubling.
Almost since a month the tank was filling very slowly.
I was observing that the waste water was going out more and the purified water was very low. Then finally it slowed down to droplets and all water going in wastage..
Called up service agent and he said could be membrane issue and warranty already expired..
Though I called up during lockdown, helpless situation!!
Disappointed!!!
