if you are new to running and do normal jog then this is for you . the sole squeezes when put pressure but the cushion is above average. If you are above average runner and been running for years then you might look for something else like asics gel quantam or nike air zoom or new balance or reebok shoes with cushion that are named . This nike downshifter are more towards casual jog or walking and not for high speed running on road.

Very good shoes but received the shoe box in very bad condition. Probably because there was a problem with the availability of the product.. just after my order the item went out of stock at that time. As per the shoes, 1st look is sexy and comfortable.
