Great shoes with two downsides
1. They are bit tight on the front, you might want to order a size bigger than normal if you have wide feet.
2. Feet get pretty hot on long runs (and may blister if proper socks are not used)
Otherwise amazing
I am routinely doing my 5ks in 30min in these.
They are great for speed up to 12kmph if you want to do jog faster(12 to 15kmph) ASICS may be better as they are unmatched at those speeds. (Personally comparing both)
