Nike zoom structure is a running shoe for medium or mild pronators.
I have been using zoom structure 13 series and it was an excellent one.
Good durability and excellent cushioning.

If you are a hard surface runner I would recommend it. Go to nike site and find the proper shoe as per your requirement. Buying a bad running shoe might injure your knees and ankles.
