A good camera from Nikon, compared to other companies this is best price and best quality product. Extra zoom button is comfortable for photographers. I found some features...

1. Low light photos using Flash is good (< 4 meters).
2. Full HD option gives good clarity and minute sounds also hear.
3. photo snap quality is also good.
4. Zoom in for 50 meters is also good.
5. nikon coolpix rechargable batteries 4AA(Ni-MH) are very good for long time photograph.
6.Auto sleep option is good.

I bought it a month ago and am having a very good experience with this one.
-42x is a greater closeness to your subject and combined with another of 2x DIGITAL ZOOM, its a BOOM. I clicked few photograps of FULL MOON and I LIVE THEM.
-but yeah, this much magnification also magnify the noise and shaking, need to have steady hands or a tripod.
-The Electronic VIEWFINDER is not much impressive, you can't use screen and VF simultaneously, need to switch every time.

I didnt buy this camera from flipkart because when i saw the price of l820 nikon black was about 14k.. so i bought it from another website... Missed flipkart this time ...

This is a very good camera if compared with the others in the same budget. Its CMOS sensor is having good high ISO performance as compared with other point and shoot cameras. So, worth buying if you have constraint to budget.

I would like to rate this camera as one of the best in its category, The Zoom can be fully utilised by holding it in your hand itself. Autofocus sometimes goes blurred but that's ok / manageable.
IQ is Good , Image Stabilization is wonderful. I would recommend "buy" for those who are bored after using pnt&zoom for some ages and look for some upgraded tech, U can buy this cam bcoz same size sensor is used in all bridge camera 1/2.3 inch cmos from panasonic fz200 to low budget cmos cam...
