General- Bought from Snapdeal (Order number 2559904891) with 105 lens as didnot wish to change lenses frequently purely for personal interests.

Pros- Great PQ,
Cons- Bty life is average- appx 250 pics in a period of 3 days.
- Lens is heavy.
- Camera bag provided looks cheap.
- Even the strap looks cheap with the logo pasted on it.
- Packing was average.

Camera is strongly recommended.

Yeah u heard it correct, this camera is my baby.
Its a great camera, bit overpriced but i got a discount + cashback offer from flipkart so it was in my range when purchased.
Recently completed my visit to nainital with this camera, and pics are just awesome.
Although when you are beginning to learn it features, u will want new lenses
Go for it if u have a photographer somewhere inside you.

And big thumbs up for flipkart for delivering @ great speed.

This is my first DSLR so I cannot compare the my own experiences with different DSLRs. But rather my review is based on results available on public review websites.

I would say D5200's output is superb. I have checked the results of Canon's 550D and other cameras of same segment on DPREVIEW. I found my results much better than all of those.

just puchased D5200 last month..I am fully satishfied with its camera..the image quality is stunning..24MP preview the image with every possible details..and the most amazing thing that i have found is 39AF points it caputres all fast movieng obejects very clearly..so over all its really a good DSLR camera..if you are planning to buy a new DSLR camera then you should go for D5200 ....just love it :)

This camera is capable of taking amazing photos. It performs very very good in low lighting and indoors (1000 times better than my old point and shoot camera). Even though i always take photographs with half the resolution this camera can capture, the details it captures is amazing.
