Mind-blowing purchase
Beautiful device. Am pretty new to cameras. So am not the one to give a review on this piece of beauty. I mostly do travel photography and I take candids as well. Even without having had that much of experience in DSLR photography I've managed to click quite a few decent pics. So am happy with the device. For expert reviews it's only fair you get it from the experts.

Super!
My first DSLR!!
PROs :
Great begginers camera to learn a hobby.
LCD screen is great.
The kit lens are capable of good photos.
Battery lasts for an average of 300 shots when gps/wifi/flash off.
Older model so great bang for bucks.
Have so many resources in youtube specifically for this model and so great for learning and experimenting.
Cons:
Touch screen would have made so many things more easier. (Go for d5600).
There is no panaroma setup AFAIK.
NO auto nightscape mode.
Battery could have ...
