Got my Nikkon D5300 on 17th Oct.
CMOS is great, supports high ISO, works great even in low light conditions that too without flash.
Nikkor 35mm prime lens are good for portraits.
Nikkor VR zoom lens are awesome.
DX is good enough for beginners.

1. Delivery of flipkart is fast. i got this product in 2nd day after ordered.
2. Nikon D5300 is the great DSLR but the lens which come with this is not sufficient so you have to buy an other lens as per your requirement.
