Bad quality

After using the product for a couple of days, I need to reedit my review. The product deserves only 2 star rating, that's pretty bad and not worth buying. The height of the sofa is very low and to sit down and get up is pretty difficult. The cushion in the sofa is horrible and gives pain if I sit for even 5 odd minutes. Please don't waste your money on this product. Didn't expect such a bad one from Nilkamal

Not comfortable at all. Only suitable as a single bed and not double bed. Disappointed with the product. Only bought it because of Nilkamal brand name.

Very poor

One of the spring got dislodged and the cushion got damaged in 6 months. My call got disconnected as soon as I raised complaint against this product.

Worst after sale service from Nilkamal no reply from them since 6 months. Horrible product.
