Firstly, balms are always better than lotions. Those of you who are new to balms will definitely like this. I've an extra sensitive skin and I've not found this one to be as good as an other product that I had used in US by Nivea called "EXTREME COMFORT AFTER SHAVE BALM" which has a formula with advanced Micro Technology: Chamomile & Licorice root extracts. I bought this one as I wanted an aftershave balm without alcohol.

Easily spreads across the face. Soothes skin immediately. But no cool effect or a pleasant smell of a typical aftershave.

It has Neutral or mild gentle smell. Have expected to have a nice fragrance. But I think its better to have no fragrance at all considering the chemicals used in it.

Nice product. I think I'll buy this again.

A shave balm isnt really like those shave lotions with alchohol that cause a sudden pain on the cuts and nicks when applied !! This product , when applied causes a soothing sensation and u feel that ur skin will be protected ...Of course many people like that burning sensation of the alchohol . Not for them, I guess !! But for those who love to have a smooth, soothing, cool feeling after a shave, its a great buy

Instantly soothes the irritation, leaves the skin soft and healthy looking. Hands down the best i've used and i have been shaving for like 5 years now, this is just amazing. Leaves a pleasant Nivea fragrance. Don't think, Just buy it. You'll not regret it !

Product is real good and as expected from Nivea it is really nice in application though not much fragrance is there but a little supple feeling.

Very good product. Non irritant. Very good alternative for after shave burns. Good moisturiser as well without oily residue

Non stinging and non-oily balm. Without the burning sensation it is giving a smooth feeling after shave.
However, the balm has almost no fragrance. May be Nivea can make it more attractive by infusing a musk fragrance.

Overall a very good product at Reasonable price.

The product is good but it is very dense, couple of drops will do nicely.. It also moist my skin very well and no burning sensation... but it is not suitable for oily skin in summer I think as the moist sensation remains for long time and left a greasy residue on my skin.. so it will me most suitable to use in winter...

Finally an after shave that doesnt have alcohol, doesnt burn, doesnt harm skin spl the sensitive one but rather nourishes it and also prevents dry skin in winter. Totally worth it! Another great product from a great brand. Good quantity, nice bottle, leak-proof cap for travelling. Go for it! Can apply daily without harming skin.

Nivea Sensitive After Shave Balm is the end to all my face skin issues and shaving problems. I have sensitive mixed skin with a lot of oiliness after shaving that results in pimples frequently. Post shaving i have developed a pockmarked skin due to the amount of pimples :(

Now, with this product, i have been able to cool down my face after every shave. Additionally, this heals cuts and removes marks slowly as well! I thought i would have issues with oiliness, but that is not at all a problem...
