Very Good
It's a great mat. I don't write reviews usually but I have been very impressed with the quality. It's super thick so that your knees, elbows and hands feel comfortable. There's no odour of the rubber. It does not fold when you straighten it up. Yes there are mats available for 200-300 rs and you will think why go for a pricey mat. But I think you should not compromise on this. Buy it.

Review after one month of use :
A good mat for yoga and also for home exercise.
Totally anti skid used on slippery surface like tiles and marble floor .
Thickness is enough to do jumping exercise, if you do more jumping exercise please wear shoes.
If you are 6 feet then go for 78 inch mat. This mat is suited for people with height upto 5'10".
The only problem I found while exercising is when your sweat falls on the mat it gets slippery and its hard to do exercise like mountain climbing etc.
