waste..!!

Its not stiff, its not supportive, i mean you could go to a gym wearing this and all it would do is will look good because you know, its from nivia. Except that, it doesn't support your back, and in that case, my gym trainer told me that it will only add to the backpain. Don't go for it. Or actually don't really trust nivia everytime. 3 stars for you flippie..!!

overall the product is good in this price range but the back support strength is not good so not useful in weightlifting purpose
