pros:
1.nice product at a cheap price
2. quite good fitting, though it would be better if socks are used.
3. coming to the main point, there are two sets of spikes given- one short spikes and another long ones. short spikes should be used as far as tracks are concerned whereas long spikes should be used when running on grass.
cons:-
1. if spikes are misused, there are chances of muscle injuries( wear them as directed above).
2.the spikes must be well-tightened or else you may lose them ...

THE Nivia spirit spikes is worth of money .........the shoes is light weight which is good for the runner.NIVIA provide 12 extra metal spikes and a spanner with it so you can take out the spikes and walk/run even on the roads ......talking about the looks shiny texture of it looks awesome and print of the spirit makes it look more gr8 ........ it is also comfortable wearing it!!!
