Nokia 112 is a very good low budget Dual Sim phone and meets the basic need of a buyer which is calling,messaging n good battery backup and it provides music playback n Radio as a bonus on that...
if we talk about calling...no call drops..Christal clear sound in earpiece of phone as well as in headphone...loud enough..also good when put on loudspeaker mode..no distortion at all.
and Nokia deserves kudos for it's messaging software..great..i truly love it..i have used almost all the brands lik...

After a lot of research i decided to buy this phone for my mother. It provides all the basic and required functionalities, has the familiar nokia feel about it. The dual SIM functionality is a plus, too. All in all a good buy, if you're on a really tight budget or want to gift it to your parents.

PROS:

1. very good keypad. texting is great
2. very good call quality
3. compact size and lightweight
4. fast software. Not laggy when you walk through menu.
5. very good battery backup

CONS.
1. small screen.
2. no hot swap SD card


At 100/- rupees less you get Samsung E2252 and here is the comparison:

1. SCREEN: Samsung E2252 has bigger screen tham NOKIA 112.

2. KEYPAD: Samsung E2252 has better keypad than NOKIA 112.

3. BATTERY: 112's battery lasts longer than E2252.

I bought this phone yesterday. Ok phone. But the screen is too bad. Viewing angle is so bad that what you see with left eye is different to what you see with the right eye. Its like 3d fridge magnet. Absolutely nauseating. Why didn't anyone mentiones this. Grrrr

its good phone to have as it is budget phone. its only best for talking and texting. Battery withstand longer. talk time of 9 hours thats good enough and it may last 4-5 days at standby. nice social media like facebook and ebuddy. optimal speed but its a budget phone so cant expect speed of android.

Looking the features and price this one is complete value for money for people who keep a Secondary Phone plus the added benefit of DUAL SIM in case your Primary Battery Hungry Smartphone goes dead which is quite often considering manufacturer's not reluctant to provide good Battery. To be frank, one can't complain about this phone and its features. Almost everyone has wrote the pros and cons about it but missed the important thing.
