Nokia 225  (White)

I purchased it from Flipkart for my mother who uses it for making / receiving calls only. It is just OK and there is nothing great about it. I purchased it because there are few options with keypad now a days as every phone is now touchscreen type

Pros
Good large screen and keypad.
Easy to use, minimal customization and options i.e. little confusion for elderly

Cons
Ringtone volume is very low and vibration is even lower.
Camera is very basic though outdoor photos are good. Zoom is just 2x...

No 'Go To' Option,
No right and left selection key's settings,
No easy access to 'Profile' selection,
Bad Resolution , No use of Big screen, it is unnecessary,
No WhatsApp installed,
No To Do List
Can't display even normal sized images, images should have to be low resolutions.
Very very oddly placed weird shaped small navigation keys, specially UP navigation key!
Can't store multiple numbers for single contact name.
Annoying warning messages that come repeatedly while operating phone.

I did not buy this phone from Flipkart but after around 11 months of usage, the following conclusions can be drawn about Microsoft in general (erstwhile Nokia) and this 'Nokia'(?) in particular:
1) The famous customization features of Nokia are gone. And by customization features I mean ALL those features that made even a not-so-costly Nokia stand out among similarly priced 'other' phones that were literally stuffed with features. I have brought this mobile thru flipkart as I was eagerly waiting for this mobile to be launched and After 1 week of use i am extremely disappointed with this mobile.....

Image and video resolution is very bad
cant organize menu options
All the basic features were cut
charger is different ..thin one doesn't come for this
Removing the panel is very hard and memory card sim needs to be inserted by taking out panel..
Why the hell this mobile is released in India and y did I buy this...Absolu...

i got this phone for my father mainly coz of the large screen and accessible keypad.
he loves this phone, was very easy to use (especially for old people who are apprehensive about using a touch screen phone).

Yesterday I bought this phone, surprisingly Nokia can produce such low features mobile, which not better than any cheap china make hand set, everything is annoying from this phone, I don't recommend any body to buy... particularly this mobile, I am totally got upset...even one days of usage..

Great product. Wanted a basic cell phone for my mom that looked and felt good, and didn't appear plasticky.

Pros:
- Pretty Slim and looks premium
- Big screen size
- Option for bigger font size and icons
- Quick access torch functionality
- Has an expandable memory slot
- Great battery life (Much needed, lasts upto 3 days easily)
