Cons- no wifi
Pros - I find myself much more productive ever since I stopped using a smart phone. Work stays at the computer and verbal communication is done on the phone
Looks perfectly good in black. I quite like the size

Highly reccommend people to switch back to regular cell phones... if you have a laptop, leave your work there and get a life off screens!

Let me tell you why its priced high.
actually, its not high, it is quite justified, as it is a 3G phone, and that too with Dual Sim, Dual Standby option.
The nearest option in this price range within Nokia is Nokia Asha 310, which is also a dual sim phone, but it lacks 3g, so no good video/music streaming on that phone.
Yeh, 310 has wifi, but 301 do not. Also, 310 is a Touch Screen phone.
while 301 is edging with 3g, better Still Camera and Video Camera, Similar looks to Lumia Phones, Alphanu...

seriously, this is quite overpriced.

What you are getting a 3.2 mp camera with (no flash) and a 3G with this phone. Don't just buy this phone just by the looks.

There's no WiFi and it is an s40 interface good for nothing. Rest configuration are basic phone.

Nokia sell this for 3500 /-

Pros: Value for money, easy usage, also works well with dual sim without issues
Cons: Latest Software has moved some very basic apps from menu to apps folders which leads to difficulty in usage of those. No way to remove nokia links from goto menu.

thank to flipkart very fast delivery. nokia 301 is a very good phone in nontouch mobile.
its keypad is very nice to use.
3G internet is very fast..
its camera is fantastic.self potrait function is amazing .
its very good use with laptop as modem..
its bluetoooth 3.0 is very fast to sending and recieving data...as it also connect to laptop via bluetooth.use as MODEM..
But its baattery is not so strong for 3G network..
battery is not so satisfying.
overall NOKIA301 is a good phone in five tho...

It is as good as a basic phone. All the features on paper and unwanted applications are filled with. Particularly if you have used android phones then this one nokia 301 is as good as a phone for call and SMS provisions. Believe me. You are going to do nothing with this costlier phone. Go for any nokia dual sim around 1500-2000 range and that is all. Stingy enough to running with a battery of 1200 mah, this phone does not look like standard one worth 5000 or above.

I've purchased it for daily life. Its good for those who travels most of times.
The phone is quite good looking & feels classic.
The flipkart service was as usual, good.
Now something about Nokia 301.
I'm using it 15 days.

The phone has following good [Good] :

2. Clear audio. You can enjoy talking at most crowded place.
3. Very simple user interface.
4. Extremely good network reception.
5. Camera is also good (Pure 3.2 Mp)
6. Easy to keep in pocket
7. No heatin...

The phone is very nicely designed and having a very good look.

The main issue with this is the battery it is told by nokia that the battery is very nice but I have purchased this handset through Snapdeal as the same was out of stock with flipkart. I am using it for a week and I surely say that the battery backup is not up to the mark which are provided by other handsets of nokia.

Nice product in budget. useful for someone who cant use smart phone and like keypad phones.

its built quality is very good. Its a durable phone from Nokia.
It has 3G but only 1st sim slot supports 3g & 2nd one only supports 2g
but thats ok. Its sound quality is also good, loud and clear.
It is a java(s40) phone that supports many apps and 3rd party apps too(better than other companies java phone). There are many preloaded apps.
Its camera is just ok not very good i can say.
Its battery is also good(not very good).
