This product as well as flipkart are not elegibile to get at least 1 star.
I have received this product on 01 feb 2018.This is damaged product , not switch on , not taking charge, have no display only glass.
I have applied for return on 01 feb 2018, got a massage for pick up on 03 feb 2018, and after 2 working days of pick up amount will be refund to the bank account. The product I handed over to the wish master but after that my status shown return rejected.

I am using this phone since 3½ years and found to be an average phone. Based on my experience here are some pros and cons of the phone-

Pros:
- Battery backup is awesome. Works absolute fine for 2-3 days
- At times some apps once installed just cannot be removed even if they are installed from the Nokia store
- Has a very nice torch
- Can store detailed information under contacts
- Has good number of themes available for this model

Cons:
- Average camera
- Internet browsing at times is path...

I brought a nokia e63 phone from flipkart and when I opened parsel. The phone was old. And now flipkart didn't changed it.

Its really horrible to discribe. Im a regular customer of flipcart but never expect im get fool by such a branded companies. Also i order for nokia e63 mobile . N it was a gift for my mom. Once i opend d box im surprised because the screen looks like already used. And inside der is no user manual. No data cable no 1 GB memory card. Mentioned above all items are described in details. So now i come to know im a big fool to keep belive such a reputed companies.

Go for this phone if u are under tight budget yet looking for a phone with no issues. The best part of this phone is you can do multitasking without getting struck(trust me in this range smart phones nd other phones do tend to get struck while doin multi tasking).This phone has never got struck nor given me any software trouble since I bought it(1 year).Very good phone for texting,calling,browsing web and sound is also pretty good, but dont overload it with too many songs.Overall a very simpl...

i am using this phone and overall its performance is average.There is a little battery problem as after a year i had to buy a new battery the looks are good and everything rocks but voice dialing is too poor according to me . It becomes a little slow in detecting internet connections but totally you can go for it if your not a hard time gamer as this phone suites people who check their mail very often and people who cannot afford phones like blackberry its technically a mid ranged phone
