It is very good phone in all the aspects, not a single ruppe i have invested in maintenace of this phone except cover.
below are the few things i like most
its build quality is very good.
look and feel.
imaging and multimedia not bad.
able to configure all the mails including account.
nimbuzz is quite good to chat by adding many accounts.
100 mb windows update was downloaded at a single should in 45 mins on 2G network.
youtube works well
good qwerty keyboard.

I purchased this one a few months back for around 14K (not from flipkart). Nokia promised this to be a great business phone, frankly its far from it. I tried to configure my office mail...damn it doesnt work at all!!Even Gmail looks slow and takes a lot of time to refresh. OS is pretty slow and nokia ovi stores doesnt provide anything interesting. But for a cost of 12.5K this is good enough for the below reasons:

I have bought this phone @ INR 15,000 from flipkart and I am not too happy with it. The phone hangs quite frequently and needs a hard reset. A new firmware version of 17 MB was available which I downloaded and updated using the Nokia desktop software. The performance has marginally improved.

If one has a corporate email such as MS Exchange or Lotus Notes,only then it works seamlessly. If you have gmail (which they claim it integrates using Mail for exchange), then only email integrates...

Well, the OS is a big let down. Even if it might claim to have everything, most of them are so well hidden in menus that you can barely find it without baffling yourself.
My handset was really frustrating. Inbox got deleted, wifi didnt work, the phone hanged a lot, and what not.. Finally gave up on it, and Nokia.
It had some nice features.. extremely slick, wld slide into the pocket. Awesome battery life.The torch feature by pressing the spacebar was really handy.
But overall, not worth it....

The product is not good it came in a bad package and when it came it was working ok but after a month it was spoiled and its charging slot was also ruined and was not working and the battery was also bad it dint last for one whole day i want this to be repaired or replaced this is not fair i baught that mobile for 10000

*almost few minuses are there. those are common in BRANDED MOBILES. for BROWERS we use UCBROWSER, OPERA etc..
*we can play games through ONLINE facility

It does what it is supposed to do...all in all, great phone! The screen should be a li'l bigger...but no hangs as reported by some. Busines and personal email works like a champ, I feel sorry for those who can't configure it properly and then blame the phone!!

One of the best phones i have ever owned. The best part about the phone is its awesome camera, the multiscanner app which can scan and read the text printed from a page.
However the only drawback is lack of games. The phone has an accelerometer but it is not implemented much in the OS or the games. The only accelerometer enabled game i could find was a symbimaze( similar to labyrinth or marble maze). But rest of the phone is good.
