Here is a list of things I need from my phone

1. Super duper email capability
2. Neat browser.
3. Play music and videos.
4. Certain apps like Skype, Linkedin , twitter, Dropbox, whatsapp, Gtalk etc.
5. Navigation and Maps
6. ergonomic keyboard.
7. Battery must last 20 hours with 3G and Wifi Always on.
8. I don't play games on the phone a lot and camera doesnt make a difference to me.

I bought this phone for my mom who wanted a replacement for her aging Bada OS Samsung phone. She's a simple phone user whose requirements are limited to quite a few calls, couple of sms, as an alarm, occasional camera use, and a few instances of using the internet to check a recipe video or bhajans.

2. Internet Browsing made very much comfortable.
3. MS WP8 is Great & Fast even in 512MB RAM

First of all the only reason I went for Nokia Lumia 720 was that it had Windows OS. Everybody I knew who had a smart phone was Android and out of shear spite I decided to go for Windows OS ( Jo hoga dekha jayega ... ) plus I was too poor and sane enough not to go for iPhones.
